Fundamentals and Beginners

 

Come and enjoy a structured six week course in pilates in a delightful studio in central Pershore. We will be working on posture, alignment and body awareness whilst focusing on learning key Pilates exercises to help you live a better life.

 

A 6 week course leading up to Easter, suitable for all - discover enhanced freedom of movement and enjoyment of life.
